Marie Delvallée

Marie joined Neptune law firm in 2021 to strengthen the corporate department of the Paris office.

As a graduate of the Master Opérations et Fiscalité Internationale des Sociétés of Paris I Sorbonne Université, of the Specialized Master in International Law and Management of ESCP Europe in partnership with Queen Mary University of London and of l’Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la Cour d’appel de Paris, Marie has a legal and management background that enables her to better understand clients issues and to provide a tailor-made response.

With various experiences in French corporate law firms and a year as a paralegal in a Parisian business law firm, Marie works in both French and English on various operations ranging from company incorporation to the restructuring of groups of companies.
