Johanne Mauchand

Johanne Mauchand is Member of the Paris bar since January 2002.

She co-founded Neptune in July 2015 and supported the employment department of the firm.
She began her career at Le Foyer de Costil firm before joining Orsay Law, becoming partner in 2007.

She advises and supports French and foreign companies established in France on all individual and collective issues encountered with their employees, both in advice and litigation. Her experience and the exclusive exercise of her activity in employment law since the beginning of his career allow her to be a reliable and valuable support for managers or human resources departments, even in the context of an outsourced HR.

Regularly intervening in employer / employee representatives or employer / employee negotiations, Johanne has developed a wealth of experience in this field.
