David Sitruk

David Sitruk co-founded Neptune in July 2015. He started his career with Orsay law firm in Paris, where he became a partner.
David Sitruk specializes in M&A, private equity, and complex situations.
He usually works alongside company founders and executives, to whom he provides strategic and business-oriented support. He is involved in both national and international transactions.
He is a member of the Paris bar.
