Clément Delobelle

Clement joined Neptune in 2021 to strenghten the corporate/contracts department of the Lyon office.

As a graduate of the Master in Management Grande Ecole of KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL and the BORDEAUX school of lawyers, Clement has a dual legal/management culture that enables him to best identify the needs of clients and provide a tailor-made response.

With a Luxembourg experience in legal support for the domiciliation of investment funds and as a lawyer within a LYON business law firm, he carries out his mission in English as well as in French in many fields related to the business world, from the drafting of commercial contracts to the restructuring of companies.
